Games Glide is a recommended entertainment service for people of legal age (18 years or older) that allows access, through a smartphone, tablet, or computer, to games uploaded by the Provider under the conditions detailed in these Terms and Conditions. In this regard, all users who wish to do so may register for the service by submitting their data through the REGISTRATION form. Submitting the REGISTRATION form will confirm their agreement with the described modality and will imply registration in the Service, which has two modalities described in this document.

FREE Subscription to Games Glide: Users will be able to play the games available from the PROVIDER for free online. These games may be modified, added, or removed periodically at the sole discretion of the PROVIDER.

PREMIUM Subscription to Games Glide: Users will be able to access the paid version of the games available from the PROVIDER, and these games may be modified, added, or removed periodically at the sole discretion of the PROVIDER. Additionally, the cost of the Premium Subscription specified on the platform may be modified at the sole discretion of the PROVIDER.

The PREMIUM Subscription service will be provided on a monthly subscription basis, that is, continuously from the moment the User activates the Service, until the User requests deactivation or cancellation through the payment system defined by the PROVIDER.

Upon canceling the PREMIUM Subscription, the User will no longer have the right to continue using the PREMIUM subscription service, and they will be automatically removed from the subscription.

Upon canceling the PREMIUM Subscription, the User must re-register for the FREE Subscription if they wish to continue using the service in FREE Subscription mode.

Users will be able to access the games they wish to play through their mobile phones, tablet, or computer by accessing the website or application previously indicated.

The use of the Service will be subject to acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. The specific conditions, notices, or instructions for use that are made available to the User via the Provider's website regarding the Service and the games will also apply. Scope of the Service

The games will be available to play once the user has successfully registered in either the FREE or PREMIUM mode, with the latter subject to approval by the designated payment platform. The games can be played online from any compatible device.

Any User who subscribes to the Service and completes the necessary authentication steps declares and guarantees that they have understood and will comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Conditions of Use. Intellectual Property

Users agree to use the Service and the games they access as a result of the Subscription in a lawful manner, in accordance with the applicable law and these Terms and Conditions. Users must respect the mentioned rules, with special emphasis on intellectual and industrial property rights, and refrain from using the Service and/or games accessed through the Service for unlawful purposes or in any way that may infringe upon the rights of third parties or the Provider.

The Provider holds a license for the games, and/or has received a license to use them from the respective holders of these games. The games, and generally all components of the Subscription, are protected by copyright under the applicable law. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all games downloaded by the Users to their devices may not be transferred, copied, or transmitted to any other device. Users are also prohibited from using the games for any purpose other than as intended. The games may not be copied or reproduced in any way, either in whole or in part, for any purpose, without the express written consent of the Provider.

Liability

The Provider will not be considered responsible for any damage or loss caused or that may be caused to the Users or third parties, whether to their persons or property, due to the content of the publications, nor will they be responsible for dissatisfaction with the games included in the Service.

The Provider is not responsible for Subscriptions that do not contain the required data or that contain erroneous data. It is also not responsible for requests or submissions that are not accepted by the Provider's technological platform, nor for delays in the activation of games, text messages, or any other submissions related to the Subscription due to any cause not attributable to the Provider, including but not limited to network connectivity issues, errors in message composition, network congestion, and/or any other feature that may prevent the transmission of such submissions or requests.

The Provider reserves the right to make any type of modification to the Subscription mechanism without prior notice, with the only requirement being to communicate any relevant changes on the website and other media.
